Former Haryana CM Om Prakash Chautala had achieved success in the 10th and 12th examinations conducted by the Haryana Education Board at the age of 82. At that time, during a program in Bhiwani, the officials of Haryana Education Board handed him his marksheet with respect. The special thing was that Om Prakash Chautala had scored 88 marks out of 100 in the 10th English exam.

Chautala had given the 12th examination under Haryana Open Board. But there was a hurdle in the results. His 12th result was withheld on 5 August 2021. Because he could not pass the 10th English exam. Actually, in the year 2019, due to some reason, he did not give the English paper. Due to which his 12th result was also withheld.
Gave the exam again
But instead of accepting defeat, Om Prakash Chautala took the English exam again and scored 88 marks. This examination was given through a writer at IS Senior Secondary School, Sirsa. His determination and love for education is an inspiration. While in jail, at the age of 82, he passed 10th class from National Institute of Open School by securing 53.40 percent marks in Urdu, Science, Social Studies and Indian Culture and Heritage subjects.
